Up-and-coming London band Les Incompetents have had to cancel their appearance at today's Wireless Festival in London’s Hyde Park after Billy - half of the band's singing duo - was attacked and seriously hurt.

In a statement on their MySpace page, it is reported that Billy was punched and hit his head on the pavement on his way home after the band's gig at the Camden Barfly the night before the festival. He is currently unconscious in hospital with a suspected fractured skull.

The Aloud Festival Guide wishes Billy a swift recovery, and hopes the band are back and wowing us at other festivals this summer.
