We heart Tiny Dancers

At Latitude, the Sheffield quintet made us go "Aaaaah" with their balloons, lamp shades and bouncy pop. Now they almost make us want to cook them dinners and buy them ponies: almost, because despite some absolute corkers there's some fairly boring filler. The audience is sitting around clapping politely which freaks us out a bit. It's not bloody Glyndbourne people, you can cheer. Oh good, they've just started doing so. Tiny Dancers's singer would like some ice cream. "Is it over there?" he asks peering over towards a van. "It's everywhere!" shrieks the hyper section of the crowd. Yes, yes it is. And it is good.
