So much for the NME: Glastonbury honcho Emily Eavis has dismissed reports that the headliners for next year’s festival are sorted.

She exclusively contacted Q to get the story straight: "Contrary to what you may have read, the headliners for next year’s Glastonbury have not been decided,” says Eavis. “Everyone involved in the festival is looking forward to the licence being granted later this year, but the line-up is a long way from confirmed. No bands for 2007 have been booked as yet, and, following the well-established tradition, the official line-up will be released in the July 2007 issue of Q on sale 1 June.”
