We've just had word from our friends at End Of The Road festival that Americana rock icon Ryan Adams will be making his first ever festival appearance in the UK. He'll finish off the festival, which takes place at Larmer Tree Gardens on the Dorset / Wiltshire border, by headlining on Sunday 17 September.

"We are over the moon!" an overjoyed Sofia Hagberg told Aloud. " We almost can't believe it's true as we absolutely love and adore Ryan, and Simon's been into him ever since his Whiskeytown days!  Wohooooo!!!!"

We're quite inclined to go Wohooooo ourselves. So we will. Wohooooo!
