In fact, they're so pleased that they've grabbed a load of musos and ask them what their idea of this not-actually-existing state of mind could best be described as. Can you tell it's nearly the end of the week? Anyway, we *think* it translates as being 'What's the best thing about festivals / music / stuff?' Poor old James Blunt!
